Who We Are
We are remote, full cycle bookkeepers, here to help individuals and small businesses understand the state of their companies by processing their revenue and expenses, preparing payroll, and providing them with the reports they need to make informed decisions. We can perform simple data processing and reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, or detailed entering of customer and vendor invoices, onboarding employees, and processing payroll and payroll taxes. Clients will have access to daily, weekly, or monthly updated financial statements, tailored to their needs, as well as yearly documents as required by their CPA.
Who You Are
You are an individual, independent contractor, or small business entrepreneur who must put so much focus on sales and growth that you have no time or energy left in the day for crunching numbers. You are not, and may never be by design, ready to shoulder the entire burden of adding a full time bookkeeper, including office space, workers comp and liability insurance, payroll and payroll taxes, and employee benefits like medical insurance, 401K, paid time off, etc. You are struggling to gather the data you need to process monthly, quarterly, or yearly taxes and relying on an expensive accountant to put everything together for you before the deadline. You are working with partners or investors or banks and are required to share regular, timely financial reports. You are a realtor, general contractor, rancher, farmer, lodging hosts, boutique or salon owner, event planner, landscaper, caterer, designer, doctor, or even a professional athlete.

A business graduate of the University of Houston, since 1993 I have helped individuals and small to midsize businesses reach their goals by offering my full cycle bookkeeping and controller level services. I have set up brand new entities, built accounting procedures, processed daily transactions, managed HR and payroll, audited books and worked with outside auditors, and presented financial reports to owners, boards, and banks. I love taking books from the shoe box to a clean, professional representation of your business for which your CPA will thank you. Some of my clients have been in manufacturing, private nonprofit education, healthcare, sports, defense, real estate, and travel, just to name a few. My accounting software background is in Sage and QuickBooks, but I am easily adaptable and willing to take on others.
When not crunching numbers, you can find me playing on the river with my husband and our pup, enjoying my two adult kiddos, and visiting with family and friends.
